Have You Met Allie?

Have You Met Allie?

Hi Lovies,

Lane Bryant has a new girl in town and her name is Allie. It's their new universal fit pant which means that women of any size or body shape will look good in these pants. With their fit revolution technology and advanced waistband construction making these one of the most comfiest pants. They are made of a stretchy material that hugs the body from waist to knee and flares out at the hem. Offering sizes from 16-28 in short, regular and tall is such a great thing that LB decided to do, making this pant available to almost everyone. While a Boot Cut is not my normal style of pants, I prefer a more skinny fit, I could easily see myself wearing these for work, dressed up or down, there's a lot you can do with this pant.

Lane Bryant wanted to showcase the Allie Pant on women of different sizes and body types. So they asked myself, fellow Instagram Wives Darlene and Jami and Plus Model Magazine Blog Editor Marcy Cruz to give them a try. I represented the 20 regular size, Darlene the 18 Short, Jami the 16 regular and Marcy 28 regular. I have to say that the pants fit me great, being 5''7 sometimes lengths on pants can be tricky but the hem of these hit me at the right spot. I decided to pair these pants with this cute Striped Off-The-Shoulder Top for fun and flirty look.

We had such fun shooting for this project and seeing how each of us styled these pants. I think each look totally represented our personal style while having some uniformity to it (2 of us in stripes and 2 in all black). We definitely showed size diversity and how one pant can look great on anyone.

Big thank you to Lane Bryant for having us be apart of this project. I think the Allie Pant is a great addition to the LB family and kudos to them for creating a pant that is size friendly. Make sure to head over to Darlene, Jami and Marcy's blog to hear what they have to say about the Allie Pant. Also check them out in the Herringbone and Faux Denim styles.

Thanks for reading!
