When dressing for the holidays, I like to keep it fun and playful. In my book, nothings more fun and playful than a tulle skirt. There's just something about them that are so whimsical and make you think of fairies. Tulle skirts have definitely come a long way, you can find them now in different colors, lengths and styles. This Metallic Layered one from Lane Bryant (sold out online, check in stores) just screams holiday with the beautiful gold color and tiered design. You will definitely feel like a fairy princess in this skirt.
Normally when wearing a tulle skirt, I'd go all the way girly. This time I wanted to add a little edge to my look and adding a Moto jacket is just the ticket to achieve that. I felt totally bad ass while still looking feminine and pretty. The simple denim shirt was perfect with this look since the jacket and skirt are such bold pieces. And of course, my outfit can't be complete without some kind of leopard print and these heels definitely pulled the look together. Tinkerbell better watch her back!
