I'm really having a hard time letting go of summer, and refuse to get into fall mode. So this weekend, despite the cooler temperatures, I still dressed with summer in mind. I purchased this Ombre hi/low skirt from Forever 21 back in July and have worn it about 3 times, which is a lot for me. I love this skirt and always get compliments when I wear it. I adore the turquoise/aqua color as well as the beige color it transitions into. I wasn't a fan of the whole ombre trend this summer but this skirt definitely made me a fan.
I finally took the plunge and joined Gwynnie Bee's free one month trial subscription. If you've never heard of them, they are basically Netflix but for plus size clothing. Subscribers choose from different plans (and prices) depending on how many items they want to have out at a time. Subscribers browse the collection, select items that they like, select their size (based on size charts for each brand) and put them in their closet. Once a minimum number of items are "closeted," new members are sent a box with their first items, depending on the plan they chose. My first item I received was this striped tank from ASOS Curve, which I instantly loved. I had seen it on the ASOS website and wasn't sure I wanted to purchase it, but thanks to Gwynnie Bee, I could borrow it and try it out for as long as you want without commitment. Shipping is super quick and I love getting treats in the mail. When you're done with the item of clothing, just pop it into the prepaid envelope they provide you with and drop it into your nearest mailbox, it's as simple as that!

I totally recommend giving Gwynnie Bee a try, I'm sure I'll continue my subscription after my month is up!
