I love doing blogger collabs, it's always fun to get together with awesome woman and see how we all show our own personal style. So I was super excited to be part of this colorful one that Pepper from Pretty Plus Pep Put together. She saw a great piece on PopSugar about a OPI Hawaii Color Challenge. The nail polish brand OPI has a new collection called Hawaii and she thought it would be a great idea to do a Plus Size Edition of this challenge. She reached out to 12 bloggers and asked that we choose a color from the collection and create a look around it. I immediately said yes and couldn't wait to see how all the other fabulous bloggers styled their colors.
I decided to pick the color "Bright Coral" since it was a color I normally don't wear and it went well with my skin tone. I was having a bit of hard time finding something I liked in that color but my boo Georgette found this adorable lace dress by Love Squared on the Macy's website and I immediately fell in love! It was so pretty and ladylike with the delicate lace design along with the A-line silhouette made this a total "Sandra" dress lol. To add some contrast to the outfit I wore my most favoritest (yes, that's a word!) striped coat from ASOS Curve. Lately I have been finding any reason to wear this coat, it just goes with so much and is such the eye catcher too.
