Night at the Cabaret

Night at the Cabaret

I went to see my friend Vanessa open up for her friend Karen Gross who's a Cabaret singer. Vanessa is a spoken word artist and goes by the name The Hebrew Mamita. She's amazing at her craft and I never miss anything she's in. So what better way to represent a cabaret show than to wear a Tuxedo Blazer with Faux Leather?

I found the Tuxedo blazer (see here) friday when I made a pit stop at Forever 21 after work and I immediately fell in love. I have many black blazers but I'd been looking for a cropped one for a while and when I saw that this one had a faux leather lapel, I snatched it up quick. I also love the cropped sleeves because then I can show off any arm candy that I'm wearing.

I adore this top, the gold sequins and dusty pink color go so well together. Since I was wearing the blazer with the leather lapel, I figured my leather panel leggings would go great with it. These leggings fit perfect, no bagging or sagging after wearing them for a while and the leather panel is so sharp.

I paired the outfit with my ASOS Curve Bow Belt (see here), Snakeskin Clutch from H&M and my Snakeskin Print Wedge Booties (Marshalls) and accented it with my Petal Earrings from Forever 21 and Tri-color Braided Cuff from a Shecky's event.

Until next time Lovies!
